Here is a list of troubleshooting steps that can help get these types of issues sorted out:
- Log out then log back in
- Force quit or close the app
- Restart your device
- Exit the app, turn your device’s WiFi off then on, and open the app again
- Check if there is an update for the app (via the iTunes App Store, Amazon or Google Play Store)
- Uninstall the app and download a fresh copy again
- Check your phone's OS and if an update is available, download it and try again
