Alicia Witt is a talented actress, singer and songwriter whom we’ve watched since her debut in “Dune” at age seven. She’s been in “Cybill,” “Nashville,” “Mr. Holland’s Opus” and many more, including eight Hallmark Channel Christmas movies. Apparently all that isn't enough, because she's now dipping her toes into writing and cooking. Her new book is called “Small Changes;” it's about tiny changes that can make us a lot happier and healthier.
