Linda Skeens is an Appalachian grandmother who went viral after she won 30 ribbons at the Virginia Kentucky State Fair! Her blue-ribbon dishes ranged from pies to sauerkraut. Her first cookbook, “Blue Ribbon Kitchen,” is coming this summer. She joins Huckabee on the show to show off some of her blue ribbon winning recipes and show us how to make her very special peanut butter fudge.
