Rocky Malloy
CEO, National School Chaplain Association
Rocky Malloy is the chief executive officer and founder of the National School Chaplain Association (NSCA). After serving as a U.S. Merchant Marine Officer, Rocky started ministry on the church staff in San Diego, CA. He was a humanitarian aid worker in Central America during the Sandinista- Contra conflict before returning to the pastorate in La Marque, TX. With his wife, Joske, Rocky established the River of Life Church in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, and founded NSCA. A native of North Carolina, a published author, and a proud father of five children, Mr Malloy directs all international and domestic activities of the National School Chaplain Association and its affiliate organizations.
